A: Yes, we just resumed the US shipments. All the shipping charges are included the estimated import taxes & duties, so no extra surprises at delivery. There is a tiered shipping rate.

A: We source high-quality craft supplies from trusted partners around the world. Some handmade items are made in-house by our team.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.Β Please contact us before returning any item.Β
- Craft Supplies: Unused and unopened craft supplies may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Handmade Items: All handmade items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- DIY Bundle Kits: Returns are not accepted. However, unopened and unused yarns included in DIY bundle kits may be exchanged for different colors.
Q: Can I return crochet patterns?
A: Due to copyright protection, all patterns are final sale and non-refundable.
