Handmade Items
All handmade item sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or refunds.

Craft Supplies
Unused craft supplies may be eligible for return or exchange. Items must be returned in unused, original condition. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
